Design lead for FT’s Knowledge Builder: A set of (early days) AI powered personalisation and gamified features that helped users learn more about topics they care about, which significantly increased user engagement.
Design development of the FT Enterprise B2B platform, while simultaneously leading the design of a digital signage and way-finding system for the Financial Times' headquarters at Bracken House.
Built and rolled out FT's pattern library and ran workshops and regular sessions to help design and engineering teams work better together. This led the whole product organisation to have a design system centric culture in product development.
